In the reds, the Silenus Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra is an extraordinarily fine example of expert winemaking and the Wild Elevation is a truly beautiful traditional Argentinian Malbec with black cherry notes and a hint of clove. In the whites, the Portuguese Alvarinho from Brisa Branca is immensely fresh with a beautiful tropical twist, lovely with seafood.
